摘　　要：作为近代中国人民孜孜追求的伟大理想和善的伦理行动,"中国梦"是一个不断生成的历史性概念。它既是一种与当代中国社会发展水平相适应的时代伦理精神,也是一项中国人民实现自身存在价值和意义的道德实践活动,有着丰富的理论内涵。当代社会,实现"中国梦"这一伟大行动的理论构想,蕴含了社会善治和个体道德完善双重努力的伦理学涵义。"中国梦"的实现,一方面需要公平正义的制度设计与合理安排,为之提供必要的制度伦理保障;另一方面,"中国梦"的实现也需要每一个体德性品质的提升与完善,并为之提供必要的道德支持。"中国梦"是当代中国人民理想生活和现实生活相统一的伟大伦理行动。Chinese Dream,as a long-pursued great ideal and benevolent ethic act,is a historical concept continuously developing.Bearing rich connotation,Chinese Dream is a time ethical spirit suitable to the social development in modern China,and a practice to realize Chinese people＇s value and significance as well.In modern society,the theoretical supposition to realize Chinese Dream contains dual ethical connotations of the social highest good and the individual highest good.On the one hand,fair and just system design and reasonable arrangement are needed to provide institutional ethical guarantee;on the other hand,the morality of every individual should be promoted and perfected as well.In a whole,Chinese Dream is a great ethical act combing Chinese people＇s ideal life and realistic life.
