摘  要:目前,我国高职院校产学协同创新还处于起步阶段。积极探索高职院校产学协同创新发展,深化产教融合,是当前高职院校亟待解决的课题。从产学协同创新的内涵界定入手,分析高职院校产学协同创新基本要求,提出在"1+N"模式下,由高职院校主导,组建产学协同创新管理中心、推行适合企业运行规律的灵活教学方式、建立产学师资队伍建设常态化机制、建立人才品保系统等,旨在通过产学协同创新提高高职人才培养质量。At present, the production-study cooperative innovation in higher vocational colleges is still in its initial stage. It is an urgent task to explore the development of the production-study cooperative innovation in the higher vocational colleges and deepen the integration of production and education. Beginning with the connotation definition of the production-study cooperative innovation, based on the analysis of the basic requirements of the production-study cooperative innovation in higher vocational colleges, under "1 + N" mode and led by the higher vocational colleges, the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions: to establish the production-study cooperative management center; to implement flexible teaching methods which are suitable for business operation; to establish a normal mechanism for the construction of the teachers team in production-study and to set up the talent quality assurance system etc. The aim of these countermeasures and suggestions is to improve the quality of higher vocational personnel training through production-study cooperative innovation.
