摘　　要：发酵产品生产过程中的蒸发、结晶单元一直以来是生产企业实现节能降耗的关键环节。通过分析MVR蒸发结晶装置工作原理和工艺设计要点,提出发酵行业MVR蒸发结晶装置的设计思路,为企业节能、治污指出一条新路子。The evaporation and crystallization unit are crucial to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction in fermentation industry.The design idea of MVR evaporation and crystallization equipment was put forward based on analysis of the working principle and key points in process design,which proposed a new way of energy saving and pollution control for the enterprises.
