高校军训师资问题及对策研究

摘　　要：军训师资是影响军训质量的关键要素。近年来高校军训师资存在组织机构协调能力不足、部队派遣教官质与量不能保障、军事教师在军训中作用发挥不明显、辅导员思想政治教育及管理工作跟不上等一些问题。本文针对以上问题提出改进高校军训师资问题的对策。The training of teachers is the key factor affecting the quality of military training. In recent years, military training in Colleges and universities teachers are lack of organization and coordination ability, the army sent instructor quantity and quality can not be guaranteed, the military teachers in the training role play is not obvious, counselors in Ideological and political education and management work with without waiting for some problems. This paper try to analyze the reasons and put forward the Countermeasures of plain, the purpose of which is to cause the attention of educational administrative departments and the military authorities on the construction of teaching staff in military training in colleges and universities.
