摘　　要：劳动是思想政治教育的重要载体,具有独特的教育功能,能够创造价值观教育的契机,推动抽象的价值理念为人们认知、理解、认同,促进人们良好行为习惯和品质的养成。作为思想政治教育重要内容的社会主义核心价值观的培育,同样需要发挥劳动的载体功能。要有效利用劳动的生活性、享用性、体验性、人文性特点,促进青少年社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行。Labor is an important carrier of ideological and political education, which has a unique educational function. It can create the opportunity for the value of education, promote the concept of abstract value for people＇ s cognition, understanding and recognition, and promote the cultivation of good habits and quality of people. Cultivating the socialist core values as an important content of ideological and political education also needs to play the role of the carrier function of labor, to effectively take advan- tage of labor featured by basis of life, enjoyment, experience and humanity, and to promote the cultivation and practice of the so- cialist core value for teenagers.
