论大学精神对高校后勤文化的培育与塑造

摘　　要：大学精神对高校后勤文化建设具有重要影响,其导向规范、凝聚激励、熏陶感染等功能对高校后勤文化建设具有培育与塑造作用,能够有效促进和引领高校后勤文化的建设与发展。坚持以大学精神为指导,通过系统性、协同性、前瞻性的举措推进后勤文化建设,探索模式多样、协同创新、资源共享、形成合力的后勤文化建设体制机制,有利于人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新的大学功能的发挥。University spirit is of great significance to the construction of logistics culture in higher education. It has such functions as directing, regulating, consolidating, inspiring, edifying the cultivation of university logistics culture, and can effectively improve and direct the construction and development of the culture. A consistent direction of university spirit can help to institutionalize and systematize the logistics culture through systematic, coordinated and prospective measures and to explore for a mechanism with the characteristics of multiple patterns, coordinated innovation, resources sharing, and resultant forces. Thus, it will contribute to the realization of the university＇s contemporary functions for training talents, scientific research, social service and culture inheritance.
