摘 要:农村小规模学校师资建设的困境与"小"和"农村"的劣势相嵌有关。在此双重劣势及其二者恶性互动的影响之下,农村小规模学校的师资建设在数量、质量和结构等方面均表现出不同程度的困境。针对这些问题和农村小规模学校师资建设的各种机遇,可以探索从编制改革的角度解决师资数量短缺困境;从引导性政策设计的角度缓解师资质量较低困境;从多学科教师培养及高专业性学科教师走教的角度解决师资专业的结构性困境。Plight of rural small school faculty construction has to do with the combination of"small"and"rural"disadvantages. Under the influence of the double disadvantages and their malignant interaction,rural small school faculty construction has shown different degrees of difficulties in such aspects as quantity,quality and structure. Facing these problems and the opportunities of rural small school faculty construction,we can expect to solve the shortage of teachers by establishment reform; to remit the dilemma of teachers' quality by leading policy designing; to solve the structural dilemma of teachers' professional nature by multi-disciplinary teacher training and higher professional teacher sending.
