摘　　要：技术创新对于企业乃至整个国家至关重要,高等院校急需培养具备技术创新能力的理工科毕业生。本文以解析技术创新相关概念为基础,对比了高校创新与企业技术创新的区别,并分析了高校当前创新培养模式与企业实际技术创新需求的差距。最后,以企业的视角,基于OBE模式对高校理工科学生的技术创新能力培养提出了建议。Since technological innovation is quite important to enterprises and even the whole country, colleges and universities in China are desperate to improve the technological innovative ability of students majoring in science and engineering. Comparing the innovation on campus with the technological innovation in enterprises, the author clarifies the gap between the current training mode in schools and the real demands in enterprises, based on the analysis of related technological innovative concepts. Moreover, the author proposes several suggestions for the technological innovative ability training on campus in terms of the OBE Model.
