当前农村中小学体育、卫生与艺术教育工作的主要问题、原因及对策——以辽宁省中小学为例

摘　　要：当前,农村中小学体育、卫生与艺术教育工作普遍存在着观念落后、管理不规范、师资不足、教学和活动质量低下、设施设备老旧短缺、卫生状况差等问题,其背后,是对农村学校体卫艺工作认识不高、制度性专项投入少、保障机制不完善以及高校相关人才定向培养目标与农村体卫艺人才需要不对应等一系列原因。要尽快改变农村中小学体育、卫生、艺术教育工作现状,就必须更新观念、加强师资队伍建设、立足校本教研促进教师专业成长、实施"高效课堂"、创新活动内容形式、加大投入、以评价制度改革和科研为抓手强化监督保障机制。Currently,the Physical,Health and Arts Education in rural primary and secondary schools generally exists the problems of backward conception,non-standard management,lack of teachers,poor teaching quality,facilities and equipment,poor sanitary condition,etc.The reason lies in that the rural schools pay less attention on the work of Physical,Health and Arts Education, institutional lower input,imperfect in safeguard mechanism and the aim of universities cultivating the talents do not actually fit the need of Physical,Health and Arts Education. If change the current condition of primary and secondary schools in rural areas on Physical,Health and Arts Education,we should enhance the fairness and quality of education,the author takes around the renewal of thinking,strengthens the teaching staff,bases on school-based research to promote the professional growth of teachers,implements efficient class,innovates activities＇ form,increases investment,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen rural Physical,Health and Arts Education and improvement of the quality of work in evaluating the reform and strengthening of scientific research as the strengthening supervision and guarantee mechanism.
