摘　　要：20世纪末期,创业型大学作为大学积极应对急剧增长的新需求和新挑战的一类大学而出现,但它的成功一直伴随着对它的怀疑甚至质问,最集中的争议在于创业型大学的理念与传统大学理念之间的冲突以及如何消解的问题。创业型大学内含的创业精神有利于克服大学在面临变革时通常具有的惰性,是当今大学急需变革时期所应具备的基本态度;同时,学术自治与学术自由的传统大学理念自身也在更新其本来的内涵,创业型大学需要在这些新的内涵中寻求自身获得合法性存在的依据。In the late 20 th century,entrepreneurial university appeared as a positive response to a sharp increase of new requirements and new challenge,but its success has been accompanied by doubts,the largest conflict lies in the concept between entrepreneurial university idea and traditional university idea,and how to resolve the problem.Entrepreneurial university with entrepreneurial spirit could overcome inertia when facing changes,it is an the basic attitude when face the urgent need,at the same time,academic autonomy and academic freedom update its original connotation themselves,entrepreneurial universities need to seek its own legitimacy in the new connotation of the basis.
