摘  要:终身教育理念是当前国际成人教育的指导思想。我国亦致力于建设惠及全民的终身教育体系,建设学习型社会。在此理念影响下,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》将"成人教育"概念纳入了"继续教育"概念的范畴,这给高校成人教育转型提供了新的方向。基于此,通过厘清全民终身教育理念下"高校成人教育"的内涵和外延,提出了五条转型路径,即办学理念从阶段走向终身、办学目标从学历走向学习、教育对象从精英走向全民、办学形式从封闭走向开放、保障主体从单一走向多元。Lifelong education is now the guideline for adults education around the globe. China endeavors to develop a lifelong education system accessible to all people and to establish a learning society. As a result, the concept of "adults education" is included in National Medium-and Long-term Educational Reform and Develop Planning Outline (2010--2020) in the scope of "continuous edu- cation", which provides the transformation of adult education with a new direction. This paper clarifies the connotation and scope of "education for adults" and proposes five ways for transformation : (i) educational principle from stage-orlented to life-long education-o- riented, (ii) educational aim from pursuing degrees to learning, (iii) education objects from the elite to all access, (iv) education form from closed to open, (v) safeguard organizations from single to multiple.
