摘　　要：从校园环境、精神、制度、行为四个维度界定高校校园隐性文化内涵,梳理出新加坡南洋理工学院在这四个维度上的校园隐性文化建设经验,并结合我国高校校园隐性文化建设现状,系统地阐释了我国高校隐性校园文化的发展趋势,旨在进一步促进我国高校隐性校园文化构建的发展。From the four dimensions of the campus environment,spirit,institution,behavior and culture,the paper defines the connotation of campus implicit definition,concludes the hidden Nanyang Polytechnic campus cultural construction experience in four dimensions. Combining the status quo of campus culture construction of our college,the paper systematically expounds the development trend of the college campus hidden culture,aiming to promote the development of college campus culture construction in our country.
