摘　　要：阐述高等教育中培养学生实践创新能力的必要性,并以北方民族大学工科学生的培养特点为基础,提出通过改革高等教育的实验教学,培养大学生的实践创新能力。分析传统实验教学中存在的问题,提出实验教学体制改革的原则、框架、内容及具体措施。In this paper,we describe the necessity of developing the innovation and practice ability for university students.Based on the characteristics of the Beifang University of Nationalities on the education for engineering students. We propose a practical reform for practice teaching in higher education,to develop undergraduates ＇ practical ability and creativity.Analyzing and summarizing the problems existing in traditional laboratorial teaching,we make a proposal of the reform that includes principals,framework,content and specific strategies.
