摘　　要：MOOC在教育领域的兴起,对现行的教育模式提出了挑战,同时也为教学改革提供了新的思路与方法。高校党课是对大学生迈进党组织大门之前的一次思想洗礼,对于提升党员发展质量具有重要的作用。传统党课中以教师为中心灌输式的教学方法,使得教学效果不尽人意。高校党课可以运用新媒体和新技术,开发高质量的在线课程,采取线上学习与线下学习的结合,实现教学过程中的翻转课堂与混合式学习,提高党课教学实效。The spread of MOOC in field of education has formed a challenge towards the current education mode and provided new thinking and method for the teaching reforms. The party lecture is the first ideological refreshment before the student is accepted by the party and it is very important to improve the quality of party members. The traditional method gains unsatisfied effects. The party lecture in colleges can be taught through new media and new technology and we can develop high quality online courses and combine the online learning with offline learning in order to realize the flipped classroom and blended learning in the process of teaching for better party course effects.
