摘 要:随着社会的发展,信息技术正在对人们生活的各个方面产生深远的影响。面对新的形势,如何将现代信息技术正确合理地运用到课堂教学中,以实现教与学的全面优化,这不但是教育信息化的必然趋势,也是提高教学质量的内在要求。本文将从优化烹饪教学平台、优化烹饪实训平台、优化烹饪资源平台、优化烹饪协作平台等四个方面,阐述现代信息技术在烹饪教学中的应用。With the development of society, information technology has far-reaching effects on ali aspects of hu- man life. Based on the new situations, the ways to correctly and reasonably apply the modern information technology to classroom teaching for the comprehensive optimization, of learning and teaching is not only the inevitable trend of educational informationization but also the internal demand of improving teaching quality. This article expounds the application of modern information technology in cooking class from the following four aspects: the optimization of cook- ery teaching platform, the optimization of cookery practical training platform, the optimization of cookery resource plat- form and the optimization of cookery collaboration platform.
