高校体育人力资源服务社会的调查研究

摘　　要：随着生活水平的不断提高,我们关注健康的意识在逐步增强,参与体育运动的人群在快速增长。为了更好的开发高校体育人力资源的社会效益,促进全民体育的开展,以达到高校体育与全民体育的融合发展;本文运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法对内蒙古高校体育教师服务社会体育和健身活动的现状进行调查研究,发现:高校体育人力资源需要进一步挖掘和合理配备,需要拓宽思路和渠道。At present, with the continuous improvement of living standards, we pay attention to the health of the awareness of the gradual increase in the sports population in the rapid growth of the population. Using literature ma- terial method, investigation method, mathematical statistics method of Inner Mongolia of PE teachers in Colleges and universities and society of sports and fitness activities status of research, found college sports human resources need to be further excavation and with a reasonable, need to broaden ideas and channels, in order to better develop- ment of the human resources of college sports for the benefit of society, promote the development of sports, in order to achieve the integration of the development of college physical education and sports.
