出版专业技术人员继续教育中的按需施教研究——以期刊编辑为例

摘　　要：以"按需施教"为原则的继续教育是促进编辑坚持正确的出版方向,不断增加、补充、拓展专业知识,提高业务技能、创新水平和专业技术水平的有效途径。在编辑继续教育实践中,按需施教仍存在教育机构的主观意愿不强、内容缺乏针对性和主办机构、办班形式单一等问题。应通过展开调研、了解需求,分门别类、按需施教和立足实效、兼顾学时等措施来组织有针对性的教育和培训,以满足编辑的实际需求,提高编辑的素质和能力。The continuing education according to the demand of students is an effective method for the editors to insist on the correct publishing direction, supplement and expand the professional knowledge, improve business skills and innovation ability and professional ability. In the practice of continuing education for editors according to the demand of students, there are many problems, such as the weak subjective will, the lack of targeted content and the simplex of organizer and class form. We should organize the targeted education and training through the measures making re- searches, understanding the demands, classifying according to categories, teaching according to the demand of students and based on actual effect both learning hours to satisfy the actual demand for editing and improve the edi- tors＇ qualities and capabilities.
