摘  要:目的分析颞叶癫痫患者的语言功能磁共振神经网络连接与认知功能的联系,探讨癫痫患者语言功能障碍的发生机制。方法选择14例颞叶癫痫患者及14例健康对照组,对研究对象进行神经生理学评价及词语阅读任务作为刺激模式的语言功能磁共振数据采集。神经功能影像分析软件包REST及SPM99对数据进行处理和分析,得出以左侧额下回为R0I的全脑功能连接图,比较对照组和癫痫组认知功能、语言f MRI神经网络连接的差异。结果两组在总智商,记忆和认知功能的差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);对照组及癫痫组语言阅读任务刺激模式下功能连接的差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论颞叶癫痫患者语言障碍与功能磁共振神经网络连接减少密切相关。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of language dysfunction in patients with epilepsy,by Analysis cognitive function and language f MRI neural network connection in patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods 16 medial temporal lobe epilepsy patients and 16 healthy control subjects had been investigated. All subjects finished neurophysiological evaluation and the f MRI scanning while performing words reading tasks. Use neurologic imaging analysis software packages REST and SPM99 analyze the data. The whole brain function connection maps of left frontal lobe as R0 I was geted and compare differences of cognitive function and language f MRI neural network connectivity in epilepsy patients and control subjects. Results The language IQ,memory IQ and total IQ Score in medial temporal lobe epilepsy patients were significantly lower than the mean 1evel of healthy control subjects(P〈0.01). There was a significant difference between the functional connectivity of the control group and the epileptic group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The language barrier in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy is closely related to the decrease of functional magnetic resonance neural network.
