浅谈眼科医师整合医学临床思维的建立

摘　　要：目前临床面临的疾病多数都没有明确或惟一的病因,往往牵扯全身多系统、多器官的变化。要彻底了解并治愈一种疾病,仅靠一个专科是很有限的,医生应该全局在握、整体在胸。眼睛与全身密切关联,全身的生理状态密切影响着眼睛的功能。将整合医学理念融入眼科,为眼科医师拓宽了诊疗视野。我们应切合整合医学的理念,按照理论-实践-再实践的原则,建立眼科医师整合医学的临床思维。Nowadays most of clinical diseases have no single cause or definite causes, and they often involve the changes of multi-systems or multi-organs, so it is frequently difficult for a single specialist to thoroughly understand and cure a disease. It is necessary to treat a disease from an overall point of view. Therefore, holistic integrated medicine （HIM） came into being. There is a close relationship between eyes and body, and the body physiological state affects the function of the eyes. Introducing the concept of HIM into the Department of Ophthalmology may broaden the vision of the ophthalmology physicians. Bearing HIM in mind and adhering to the principle of theory-practice-repractice, we hope to establish the HIM clinical thinking in ophthalmology physicians.
