北京城乡流动青少年艾滋病检测意向及检测行为现状

摘　　要：目的 了解北京城乡流动青少年艾滋病抗体检测意向及检测行为,为制定艾滋病防控策略提供依据.方法 以北京市海淀区和顺义区疾病预防控制中心健康体检中心为调查地点,对前来进行从业人员健康证体检的16～ 24岁流动青少年进行匿名问卷调查,采用EpiData 3.0建立数据库并进行逻辑检错和双录入,采用SPSS 20.0对数据进行统计分析.结果 共收集2 182份问卷,有艾滋病检测意向者占59.9％（1 252/2 092）,无检测意向者占26.3％（551/2 092）.调查对象艾滋病抗体检测率为2.4％（52/2 182）,检测率在教育程度、从事职业、有无男女朋友等因素上差异有统计学意义（x2值分别为24.400,17.495,12.418,P值均＜0.05）,在城乡、性别、家庭住址和居住场所等因素之间差异均无统计学意义（P值均＞0.05）.结论 北京城乡流动青少年中艾滋病抗体检测率低,检测意向不高.需要加强宣传教育,采取适宜措施,提高检测意向,扩大检测覆盖面.Objective To investigate behavioral intention of HIV test and subsequent testing rate among immigrant teenag- ers in Beijing, and to provide reference for HIV/AIDS preventive and control strategy. Methods All the participants were recrui- ted from 16-24 years old immigrant teenagers who took physical examinations for health certificate in Medical Health Centers of Haidian District and Shunyi District. Database was set up by using EpiData 3.0 after logic error checking and data double entry, data were analyzed through SPSS 20.0. Results The proportion of the people who had intentions for HIV test was 59.9% （ 1 252/ 2 092） , and 26.3% （551/2 092） had no intention for HIV test. The HIV testing rate was 2.4% （52/2 182） among suburb and ur- ban immigrant teenagers. The HIV testing rate was significantly related to relationship status, occupations and education levels （X2 = 24.400,17.495,12.418 ,P〈O.05 }, however, it did not associate with workplace（suburb or urban area}, gender, home address and living place（ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Among immigrant teenagers, behavioral intention of HIV test and subsequent testing rate is rather low. These results suggest that more propagation and education need to be reinforced with proper measures in order to scale up HIV test and contain HIV spread among immigrant teenagers.
