摘  要:目的 了解我国7城市中小学生中、西式快餐消费行为情况,为对中小学生进行有效的营养干预提供参考.方法 采用三阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,从北京、上海、广州、西安、南宁、济南和哈尔滨市选取小学一年级到高中二年级(除初三外)共9 141名学生作为研究对象,使用问卷收集中、西式快餐消费情况及对其营养的认识.结果 过去1个月内,64.8%的调查对象吃过中式快餐,高于吃过西式快餐的比例(61.8%),且差异有统计学意义(x2=21.64,P<0.01).食用中式快餐频次为3~4次/月的比例(12.8%)高于西式快餐(12.6%);17.5%的学生食用中式快餐的频次≥5次/月,高于食用西式快餐≥5次/月的人数比例(13.0%).中小学生认为中式快餐食物搭配合理、营养价值高、能量含量高的人数比例均高于西式快餐,差异均有统计学意义(x2值分别为809.14,1 785.75,212.58,P值均<0.05).结论 食用快餐已成为我国大城市中小学生饮食结构的重要组成部分,消费中式快餐的比例高于西式快餐.应加强对中小学生的营养知识教育,促进其从小养成健康的饮食行为习惯.Objective To compare the differences of consumption behaviors between Chinese and western fast food among primary and secondary students in seven cities of China. Methods By using stratified three-stage cluster random sampling method, secondary students from seven cities were administered a survey regarding consumption and understanding of Chinese and western fast food. The McNemar statistical methods were used to analyze the differences between the proportions. Results A total of 9 141 students were investigated. The proportion of Chinese fast food consumption was higher than the western" s ( 64.8% vs 61.8%, X2 = 21.64,P〈0.01 }, About 17.5% of the students reported eating Chinese fast food more than 5 times during the last month, which was higher than the western" s ( 13.0% }. There were more students who believed that Chinese fast food was more nutritional than west- ern fast food{ P〈0.05).Conclusion Fast food consumption has become an important part of diet construction among primary and secondary students in urban areas of China. The proportion of Chinese fast foodconsumption is higher than western fast food" s. Students should be the primary focus of sehool-based nutrition education to culture healthy eating patterns from an early age.
