天津市青少年非故意伤害行为分析

摘　　要：目的了解天津市青少年非故意伤害行为现况,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用集体自填匿名问卷调查方法,对分层整群随机抽取的天津市36所中学、6所大学共10 758名学生进行调查。结果调查前30 d内,学生中经常步行违规的报告率为6.57%,男生(9.51%)高于女生(4.09%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=127.186,P<0.01)。88.61%的学生报告骑自行车,其中初中生比例最高,为93.20%;骑自行车违规行为的发生率为47.62%,主要违规行为为逆行(26.24%)、带人(24.11%)、闯红灯(16.57%);存在3种以上违规行为的比例为12.99%。调查前1 a内,有7.13%的学生到没有安全防范措施的地方游泳,大三学生到非安全措施地方游泳的报告率最高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=57.743,P<0.01);不同经济水平的学生到安全场所游泳的比例差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.824,P<0.05)。结论天津市青少年非故意伤害行为发生情况较高,多种伤害相关危险行为并存且程度严重。应加强非故意伤害行为相关知识的安全教育,以预防青少年伤害及损伤的发生。Objective To study the prevalence of unintentional injury behavior among adolescents in Tianjin, and to pro- vide basis for the intervention measures. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was conducted among 10 758 students from 36 middle schools and 6 universities by stratified cluster random sampling method. Results During the past 30 days, the incidence of often violating rules when walking on the road was 6.57%, with male students（ 9.51% ） higher than female students（ 4.09% ） .The difference was statistically significant （X2 = 127.186, P〈0.01 ）. Nearly 88.61% of the students reported riding a bicycle, especially among junior high school students （ 93.20% ）. The incidence rate of violating traffic rules when riding a bicycle was 47.62%, inclu- ding riding against the traffic flow （26.24% ）, carrying person （24.11%）, and ignoring the traffic control signals （ 16.57% ）. The coexistence rate of 3 or more violations was 12.99%. The rate of insecure swimming within the last 12 months among adolescents was 7.13%, highest among junior students （X2= 57.743,P〈0.01）. There were differences in different economic levels（X2= 15.824, P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Unintentional injury related behaviors among adolescents in Tianjin are serious. Multiple violations coexist. Unintentional injury could be prevented through specific intervention and health education among adolescents.
