摘　　要：面向电气类专业课程探究性实验教学的队伍建设是目前研究型高等学校电气类专业实验教学改革的关键环节之一。作者就浙江大学电气工程学院专业实验中心探究性创新实践平台的构建、探究性实验教学队伍的建设目标、实验岗位设置与组织运行管理的体制以及考核办法等方面做了论述与探讨,对同类高校具有一定的参考价值。The development of the human resource for innovative experiments in electrical engineering is one of the important issues in the reformation of research universities. This paper reviews the construction of the innovation platform,the development goal of the human resources for innovative experiments,the assignment and management of the staff position,and the examination method based on the practice in the College of Electrical Engineering of Zhejiang University. It is expected that the presented work will be useful for the same level universities.
