摘　　要：近年来我国不断深化教育改革全面推进素质教育,高等教育更要重视培养大学生的创新能力,实践能力和创业精神,以培养大学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点。而当今我国在医学教育培养医学生的科研能力和实践能力方面依然存在不足,大多数学生科研意识不强,影响学生的综合素质,在一定程度上限制了学生的发展。面对我国应试教育的弊端以及我国目前高技术型、实践型、应用型人才缺乏的现状,实施以科研和竞赛为特色的本科生导师制实践型教学,提升大学生的创新能力和实践能力。In recent years,our country is deepening education reform and comprehensively promotes quality education,higher education must pay attention to training students＇ innovation ability,practice ability and entrepreneurial spirit.Today the medical education in our country exists still shortcomings in cultivating medical students ＇ scientific research ability and practice ability. Scientific research consciousness in most of students is not strong,and it affects the overall quality of students. to some extent,and limits the development of students. Facing on the disadvantages of examoriented education and the present status quo of high technology in our country,practical and applied talents lack,this paper presents to implement the features of scientific research and competition of tutorial system of practice teaching. It improves students＇ innovation ability and practice ability.
