利用显微数码互动系统提高微生物实验教学效果

摘　　要：介绍了目前显微数码互动系统在形态观察实验教学中的应用和微生物实验教学存在的问题,提出了利用该系统对微生物实验教学进行改革的需要。为提高实验教学效果,论文建立了微生物实验的显微数码互动教学模式,增加了教学资源,改变了考核方式。结果表明:新教学模式和丰富的图片教学资源能够提高学生对微观形态结构的辨识能力,提高课堂知识吸收率;新的考核方式能够真实考察学生的知识水平;实验操作演示视频对于训练和提高学生的实验操作能力具有促进作用;灵活的考核方式和丰富的教学资源提高了学生的学习积极性,提升了微生物实验教学的效果。The current situation of application of digital microbiology interactive system in morphological observation experiment and the problems existed in microbiology experiment teaching were presented in the article. It proposed the need of reforming microbiology experiment teaching with digital microbiology interactive system. To do that,a new microbiology experiment teaching mode using digital microbiology interactive system was built,teaching resources increased,way of inspection changed. The result showed that,the new mode and plentiful teaching resources could improve identification ability and class knowledge absorption of students,and the new way of inspection could really observe the knowledge level of students. Videos about experiment practice improved experiment practice ability,and flexible way of inspection and rich teaching resources improved students＇ enthusiasm and experiment teaching effect of microbiology.
