移动商务应用型人才实践教学模式研究与实践

摘　　要：以移动商务为代表的现代流通技术在我国快速发展,企业迫切需要一批能够熟悉移动商务模式、移动商务营销及移动商务开发技术的移动商务人才,高校思考移动商务人才的培养模式迫在眉睫。本文结合市场人才需求和具体高校的特点,以移动商务课程为具体案例,提出了一个"移动商务意识-移动商务基本技能-移动商务道德-移动商务专业技能"的四层次的开放、动态的螺旋实践教学模式,根据此模式,本文具体设计了实践教学体系,并解析了实践教学体系中实践教学内容的逻辑关系,对高校移动商务应用型人才培养的研究与实践扩展思路。Modern circulation technology such as mobile commerce is rapid development in our country,and enterprises urgently need some mobile business talents who are familiar with mobile commerce mode,mobile commerce marketing and mobile commerce development technology. It ＇s urgent to reflect training mode of mobile commerce talents in colleges. According to the characteristics of colleges and the market demands for talents,this paper identifies the training goal of the ＂mobile commerce＂course,and puts forward to the four levels＇ spiral practice teaching mode of ＂mobile commerce awareness-basic skills on mobile commerce-mobile commerce moral-mobile commerce professional skills＂. The mode is open and dynamical. This paper concretely designs practice teaching system and specific practice teaching content,analyzes the logic relation between practice teaching contents,which will provide realistic guiding significance on the study of practice teaching modeling of applied talent of mobile commerce.
