摘　　要：企业文化测量是研究企业文化的一个重要基础工作,建立一个科学、有效的企业文化测量体系,对于企业文化建设有着重要意义;通过对保山市民营科技型企业的抽样数据,构建了适应欠发达地区中小企业的文化测量指标体系和操作模型。Enterprise Culture Measurement is a basic work for studying the enterprise culture, and building a scientific and efficient enterprise culture measurement system is of great impor- tance for an enterprise. The present thesis structures sized enterprises through analyzing the sampling data a operational model for small and medium from some private science and technology enterprises in Baoshan.
