摘  要:匹兹堡大学依托健全的联邦科研报酬法规,构建了体现绩效的教师收入分配系统和重视工作投入的科研报酬分配体系,使科研劳动获得合理回报。匹兹堡大学科研报酬体系体现了"市场化"与"重公平"的薪酬理念、制度完备且实施高效、尊重科研劳动价值这三大特征。给予我们的启示是:提出推进学术劳动力市场化改革;提高劳务费比例;完善科研成本核算制度;构建合理的科研薪酬理念。Based on the sound federal regulation for scientific research, University of Pittsburgh has constructed a reasonable income distribution system and research reward system. The income distribution system is committed to fairly represent differences of facul- ty's performance. The distribution of research reward is essentially based on the faculty's ef- fort. These two systems can ensure a reasonable return on research work. Among these, the research reward system is a good example for the "marketization" and "fairness" concept. It is well developed and high efficient. Moreover, it emphasizes the value of labor force. Ac- cording to the status of research reward system in China's universities, this research aimed to come up with a few practical suggestions, including the marketization reform of the aca- demic labor, higher proportion of labor cost, to improve the research cost accounting system and to construct reasonable salary concept.
