我国传统终身学习观念与实践探析

摘　　要：在我国,终身学习的观念和实践可谓古已有之,"活到老,学到老"的古谚即是最好的佐证,并已为人们所共知。我国传统终身学习的观念主要体现在有教无类的人人学习观、多闻多见的处处学习观、学而时习的时时学习观等方面。在实践层面,修身养性、为学致仕、理政崇学等都充分体现了我国传统社会人们于私于公践行终身学习的良好行为习惯。我国传统社会良好的家学传统,为政者的劝学与鼓励以及民间的向学风尚,是实现和保障社会成员终身学习的重要条件。One is never too old to learn .The saying reflects the Chinese traditional conceptions of lifeong learning and no child left behind .In the practical plane ,the learning for either self‐esteem ,or promotion along the social rung speaks for the virtue of behaviors .The home schooling ,advice by the learned , and learning as a folk fashion may act as a significant context for lifelong learning .
