摘　　要：以笔者所在学校为例,采用问卷调查法从师生对学生评教的认识、师生对学生评教指标的制定参与情况、师生对学生评教的组织和实施过程调查、师生对学生评教结果的使用等四个维度进行调查研究,分析、总结出影响学生评教结果的相关因素,并提出相应的解决对策,为教师提供有效的信息反馈,以提升教学能力及教学质量。Taking the authors＇college for example, we conducted the questionnaire-based survey on the following four aspects： the teachers＂ and students＂ understanding of teaching evaluation by students, the teachers and students＂ involvement in establishment of evaluation indexes, the teachers＂ and students＂ organization and implementation process of the teaching evaluation, and the teachers＂ and students＂ use of teaching evaluation results. Then we analyzed and summarized the factors that affect the results of teaching evaluation by students. Last we put forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide effective information feedback for teachers, and improve their teaching competence and teaching quality.
