摘  要:目的探讨"以学定教"教学法在《医学统计学》教学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取同专业4个班,随机分为两组,实验组采取"以学定教"的教学方法;对照组采取传统教学模式。对比性研究两组的教学效果。结果实验组医学统计学总成绩明显高于对照组(89.49±7.12比79.72±9.43分,P<0.001),优秀率比对照组高出44.0%。调查发现,实验组的学习兴趣、学习主动性、师生交流、知识掌握程度、教学效果等方面均高于对照组。结论 "以学定教"的方法,有助于培养学生良好的自学习惯与合作交流精神、引导学生学会正确的学习方法、激发自主学习能力,大大提高了学生的学习成绩,教学效果好。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of "the teaching-based-on-learning model" applied in medical statistics teaching. Methods We randomly selected four classes of the same major and divided them into two groups randomly: one served as the experimental group and the other as the control group. The experimental group received "the teaching-based-on-learning model" while the control group received the traditional teaching method. Then teaching results in the two groups were compared. Results The total score of the experimental group was evidently higher than that of the control group (89.49 + 7.12 vs. 79.72 + 9.43, P 〈 O. 001), with the excellency rate higher than 44.0% than that of the control group. We also found that the students in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group in interest in learning, self-initiated learning, exchanges with their teachers, knowledge mastery, and teaching results. Conclusion "The teaching-based-on-learning model" can greatly improve students" academic performance and teaching results by developing students" habit of self-teaching and teamwork spirit, guiding them to learn with appropriate learning methods and arousing their ability of autonomous learning.
