摘  要:针对一体式电液复合制动系统,进行了制动意图解析及一致性评价研究.分析了基于一体式主缸的液压系统轮结构及其制动需求表征,试验分析了制动过程司机动作信号变化机理,搭建了一体式主缸简化模型并进行了参数辨识.通过联合仿真模型,提出了基于模糊算法、利用踏板感觉模拟器压力及变化率进行制动意图识别的方法,并提出了司机制动意图解析一致性的评价指标.采用xPC target,MotoHawk和液压系统搭建了硬件在环仿真台架,进行了司机制动意图解析及制动力施加一致性试验.试验结果表明:利用模拟腔压力及变化率能够较好地识别司机制动意图,制动意图一致性指标小于0.02g,施加的再生制动力与液压制动力与制动意图比较一致,满足了电液复合制动需求.Identification and evaluation of braking intention for the proposed integrated electric-hy- draulic brake system was studied. The brake hydraulic system structure with an integrated master cyl- inder and braking intention characteristic were analyzed. The signals change mechanism during driver braking progress was carried out by experimental analysis, and the simplified model of integrated mas- ter cylinder was built to identify parameters. Braking intention identification was proposed using the pressure and its change rate of brake feel simulator with fuzzy algorithm by co-simulation model, and the evaluation index for braking intention consistency was presented. The hardware-in-the-loop test bench was built using xPC target, MotoHawk and hydraulic system, and the tests of driver braking intention identification and consistency of brake force applied with required were carried out. The test results show that the driver braking intention can be identified by simulation chamber pressure and its change rate, the intent braking consistency index is less than 0.02g, and regenerative braking and hy- draulic braking force applied are accord with braking intention to meet electro-hydraulic brake de- mand.
