摘  要:对于经济发展相对落后的少数民族农村地区,适度的人口流动可以更好的促进本区域经济的发展,以保安族为考察对象发现目前受限于文化中断现象和城市导向的双重影响,在社会流动途径中学校教育这一最有效和最根本的途径尚未真正发挥效用。未来应科学定位民族教育,积极完善学校教育;摆脱城市导向对教育模式的束缚,实现教育目标的多元化;变革学校教育内容,积极促进教育公平,同时积极转变发展观念,以经济发展为基础进而推动教育发展。For the economic development of minority nationality is relatively backward rural areas, population floating moderate can better promote the development of the regional economy, taking the Bao'an Zu as the object of investigation found that the dual influence of currently limited to cultural interruptions and city oriented, in social mobility way in school edueation which is one of the most effective and most fundamental way not really give play to utility. The future should be the scientific orientation of national education, improve school education; get rid of the shackles of city oriented education mode, the diversification of achieving the goal of education; reform of school education, and actively promote the education fair, and actively to change the concept of development, based on the economic development and promote the development of education.
