民办幼儿园教师生存现状调查研究——以唐山市区为例

摘　　要：选取唐山市区民办幼儿园的教师进行生存状况方面的调研,结果表明,唐山市区民办幼儿园教师的工资收入偏低,社会保障不到位,这影响了教师工作状态和民办学前教育的发展。对此,可考虑从法律和政策角度制定最低工资收入的标准,并完善社会保障体系。The investigation was conducted about private kindergarten teachers＇ survival status in Tangshan city. The results show that teachers＇ income is low and they lack social security. This has affected teachers＇ work status and the development of private preschool education. To this, laws and policies should be formulated about minimum wage standard and social security system should be improved.
