摘  要:研究了紫甘薯红色素的纯化工艺。通过对吸附率与解吸率的考察,筛选出分离纯化紫甘薯红色素的最佳树脂为HPD-400,并对其纯化工艺进行了优化:静态吸附时间5 h,吸附温度室温,色素浓度占初始色素浓度的60%,上柱流速0.5 mL/min;解吸温度室温,乙醇解吸液酸度pH2.0。经纯化后的色素色价为39.54,是未纯化色素色价的7倍多,比国家规定的最低标准提高将近10倍。The purification technology of purple sweet potato pigment(PSPP)was studied.The best resin of purifying purple sweet potato pigment had been chosen by seeing about adsorption ratio and desorption ratio.It was HPD-400.The purifying technology had been optimized:static adsorption time 5 h,adsorption temperature room temperature,60% of initiatory pigment concentration as final concentration,adsorption velocity 0.5 mL/min;desorption temperature room temperature,the acidity of ethanol desorption solvent pH2.0.The pigment value of purified pigment is 39.54.It is 7 times as much as that of unpurified pigment.It is nearly 10 times higher than that of the lowest nationalcriterion.
