教育生态学视角下高职学生创新管理探析

摘　　要：文章分析了教育生态学的基本理论,提出了教育生态学的整体关联性和动态平衡性等基本特性,以生态学的视角指出目前高职院校学生管理中存在的问题,提出了以生为本、充分发挥学生的能动性、加强法制治校、树立生活化的生态教育理念等教育生态学管理措施。This paper analyzes the basic theory of education ecology, puts forward the basic characteristics of the over- all relevance and dynamical balance of educational ecology, points out the problems in students in the management of vo- cational college students, proposes the management measures of the education ecology of taking students as foundation, bringing students＇ initiative into full play, managing schools according to the role of law and setting up the concept of life- style ecological education.
