摘　　要：为适应我国经济、社会的发展和我国高等教育体系走向开放以及教师年轻化的趋势,本文提出了高校青年教师教学能力的细化、分解,探讨了高校青年教师教学能力提高的策略。To keep up with our fast-developing economic and social progress, the trend of younger teaching team and the opening of colleges and universities employing process, a method of analyzing and refining young teacher＇s teaching ability was designed in this study. Further discussion over the strategy of how to improve the young teachers＇ teaching ability was also displayed here.
