摘  要:与正式德育课程为互补,隐性德育课程的目标指向更多的不是知识、理论目标,而是情感、态度、价值观、信仰等的深层次的综合的心理与精神要素,以及这些要素所依附、所潜藏的校园存在,即学校人文精神、学校传统、校园互动性教育活动、各专业课的学科教育以及学校精神等。加强高校隐性德育课程建设,能够破解长期困扰学校道德教育的针对性和实效性等问题。Hidden course of moral education is the complement of regular courses of moral education. Instead of knowledge and theory, its goal and orien- tation focus more on the comprehensive psychological and spiritual factors at a deeper level, such as emotion, attitude, values and faith, as well as the campus existences on which these factors adhere to and hide in, namely college humanis- tic spirit, tradition, interactive educational activities on campus, discipline education of various speciality courses and college spirit, ect.. To enhance the con- struction of hidden course of moral education in colleges and universities can help solve the problems relating to pertinency and effectiveness which have long been perplexing college moral education.
