美国“大学准备”及其对中国高中生教育的启示

摘　　要："大学准备"是高中生在进入大学之前必须要做好的各项准备,既包括学习能力准备,也包括社会技能、自我管理、职业选择等方面的准备。做好大学准备能为学生更好地适应大学阶段的生活和学习提供动力支持,也为学生将来更好地进入职业生涯打下坚实的基础。中国高中生在"大学准备"中存在过于强调学习能力的培养,忽视社会技能、积极品质塑造等问题,职业准备中仍存在职业意识不强、对自己和职业信息了解较少、职业目标模糊等问题。学生自身、学校教育者、学生父母、校外组织需要在高中生的"大学准备"中发挥重要的作用。借鉴美国关于"大学准备"的最新研究成果,将对中国高中生教育具有重要的启示意义。University preparation refers to all kinds of things that high school students should do before entering the university,including their learning ability,social skills,self-management,career choice,etc. University preparation can help students better adapt to university life and study and also help them lay a solid foundation for their future career. There are some problems existing in university preparation for Chinese high school students. For example,Chinese high Schools are too much concerned with students＇ learning ability while neglecting their social skills and their positive attitudes etc. What＇s more,career preparation problems include the lack of strong career awareness,inadequate information about oneself and the career,obscure career object,etc. Students themselves,educators,parents and institutions from outside of the high schools should all play important roles during the university preparation for high school students. Making reference to the advanced research outcome of the university preparation in the United States is of great significance to high school education in China.
