摘　　要：地方高校转型发展是高等教育结构调整的第一步,也是高等教育领域继管理体制改革和扩招之后的又一次深刻变革。浙江医学高等专科学校,作为一所历史悠久的地方医学院校,根据经济发展新常态对高等教育提出的新要求,面向浙江经济社会和卫生事业发展新需求,坚持立足基层、服务行业、产教融合,进行了积极而富有成效的探索,在服务行业中努力实现转型发展。Local colleges and universities in transition and development are the first step in the adjustment of higher education structure, but also a profound reform in the field of higher education after the reform of the management system and the enrollment expansion.
