摘　　要：随着"互联网+"时代的到来,网络教育对传统学校教育产生了巨大的冲击,多元化学习模式对学校教师职能提出了巨大的挑战。本论文从传统教育受到现代网络信息资源冲击与挑战为切入点,对传统的教师传道、授业、解惑等职能进行了研究,对教师职能提出了一个现代的解读方式,旨在给互联网时代下教师的角色定位提供一种思考。认为传统教师职能在当下"互联网+教育"时代不仅没有被削弱,相反对教师在教学过程中应发挥的作用提出了更高的要求。With the advent of the era of ＂Internet＋＂, network education has a huge impact on traditional school education, and diversified learning models have proposed a great challenge to the functions of school teachers. With the impact and challenge of modern network information resources on the traditional education as the breakthrough point, this paper studies teachers＇ traditional functions and puts forward a modern way of interpreting teachers＇ functions, aiming to provide another thinking on the orientation of teachers＇ role in the Internet era. The writer holds that teachers＇ functions are not weakened in the present era of ＂Internet＋Education＂, but instead, higher requirements have been put forward for the role teachers should play in teaching.
