摘　　要：翻译在现代生活中越来越重要,翻译理论的研究也越来越深入。作为一门新兴的翻译理论,释意学派翻译理论特别重视翻译理论和翻译实践的相互结合,尤其注重对文本层次的翻译和意义的"对等"。在理解释意派理论观点时,著名俄裔美籍语言学家罗曼·雅各布森对有关语言六大功能的论述为我们提供很好的视角。Translation plays a more and more important role in modern life, and the studies on translation theories are deeper and deeper. As a new translation theory, the translation theory of the interpretative approach pays special attention to the combination of translation theories and translation practice, especially the ＂equivalence＂ of translation and meaning at the level of text. In the understanding of the translation theory of the interpretative approach, the famous Russian-American linguist Roman Jakobson＇s elaboration on the six functions of language has provided a good perspective for us.
