摘  要:对南五味子果实的营养成分、种子油的化学成分进行研究.结果表明:南五味子果实的果肉营养成分为:水分87.50%,总糖2.29%,总酸0.03%,粗蛋白0.66%,维生素C9.47μg/g,粗脂肪3.5%,单宁0.00094%;果皮的营养成分为:水分85.5%,总糖1.66%,总酸0.02%,粗蛋白0.44%,粗脂肪1%,单宁0.0013%;种子的营养成分为:水分40%,总糖1.79%,总酸0.03%,粗蛋白6.39%,粗脂肪37%,单宁0.015%;南五味子成熟种子的粗提含油量为37%.南五味子果实是一种具有较大开发利用前景的野生资源水果.The nutrient components of the fruit of Kadsura longipedunculata and the chemical constituents of the seed oil of were studied. The results showed that the nutrient components of the fruit were as follows: 87.5% of water, 2.29% of total sugar, 0.03% of total acid, 0.66% of crude protein,9.47μg/g of vitamin C, 3.5% of crude fat, and 0.00094% of tannin. Nutrition components of the skin were that 85.5% of water, 1.66% of total sugar, 0.02% of total acid, 0.44% of crude protein, 1% of crude fat, and 0.0013% of tannin. Nutrition components of the seed were: 40% of water, 1.79% of total sugar, 0.03% of total acid, 6.39% of crude protein, 37% of crude fat, and 0.015% tannin. The crude oil content of Kadsura longipedunculata mature seed was 37%. Kadsura longipedunculata is a kind of wild resource with great development and utilization prospect.
