探析大学分层对高职院校发展的影响

摘　　要：在社会发展的过程中,社会分层是一种普遍现象。高校在发展的过程中,也出现了大学分层现象,而高职院校在大学分层中位置较低,培养出来的人才类型层次也较低,对高职院校的发展产生不良影响,忽略了高职院校培养专业人才的目标。因此,需要全面认识高职院校的个性发展,为高职院校的发展提供广阔空间,最终提高高职院校在我国社会中的竞争力。In the process of social development, social stratification is a common phenomenon. In the process of development, universities and colleges also have the stratification phenomenon, and higher vocational colleges is in the lower position in stratification. The type stratification of the talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges is low, which has adverse effects on the development of higher vocational colleges, ignoring the goals of cultivating professional talents in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of personality development of higher vocational colleges is needed, to provide a broad space for the development of higher vocational colleges, and ultimately to improve the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges in our society.
