山东省幼儿园骨干教师科研素养的调查与研究

摘  要:良好的科研素养有助于教师及时发现、合理分析、科学解决教学实践中遇到的问题,提升教育的效果。通过对参加2014年山东省幼儿园骨干教师培训的学员的调查,发现其存在在科研方面意识淡薄、知识缺乏、能力偏低等问题,原因涉及专业指导、创新能力和政策支持等方面。基于此,在职前教育、职后培训、政策指导和自我教育方面提出了针对性的建议。Good scientific research quality is helpful for teachers to find timely, analyze reasonably and resolve scientifically the problems they meet in the teaching practice and improve the teaching efficiency. Through the investigation on the students who attended Shandong kindergarten backbone teachers training in 2014, it shows that they have problems including weak awareness, deficient knowledge and low ability in scientific research. The reasons involve profession guidance, innovation ability and policy support. Therefore, this paper puts forward pertinent suggestions on pre-employment education, post-employment training, policy guidance, self-education and so on.
