手臂垒球校本课程设计

摘　　要：自教育部颁发《全国普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要》以来,高校体育选项课已经成为了主要的教学模式。通过文献资料,调查,经验总结等方法,针对湖南邮电职业技术学院的大学生进行了调查与分析。结果表明:1)大多数学生认为体育选项课的项目对技术,力量等要求较高。2)50%以上的女学生对上体育课的态度不积极。3)大多数学生认为上课较单调。4)由于场地,器材原因不能让每名学生很好的完成教学任务。所以为了更好的让学生对体育选项课感兴趣,为了更好地全面锻炼学生的身体,增强体质,笔者认为在高校体育选项课中增加手臂垒球这门课程是很有必要的。Since The Ministry of Education issued the National Ordinary University Sports Curriculum Teaching Instruction Outline,the university sports selective courses has become the main teaching mode.Through literature,investigation and experience summary method and the investigation and analysis of the students of Hunan Posts and Telecommunications College,the result shows that（1） most of the students think that the selective courses need more skills and strength;（2） more than 50%of the female students do not have a positive attitude to PE;（3） most of the students think the class is boring（4） because of the venue and equipment,not every student can finish the teaching tasks perfectly.So,in order to make the students have interests in PE and fully exercise the students＇ body,it is necessary to add softball into the selective courses.
