摘　　要：目的分析我国基本公共卫生服务均等化存在的主要问题,提出建议和对策。结果地区间基层医疗卫生机构建设水平存在差距、资金管理不规范、医疗机构之间缺乏合作以及医学教育体制不健全等问题,阻碍了基本公共卫生服务均等化的实现。结论要促进基层医疗卫生机构发展;加强资金管理,建立绩效考核和监督机制;推动医疗机构合作,完善医学教育。OBJECTIVES To analyze the problems of the equalization of basic public health services in China and propose some suggestions and countermeasures.RESULTS The gap of construction level between different regions in the primary health care institution,nonstandard funds management and the lack of cooperation and unsound of medical education system were the obstacles of the equalization of basic public health services.CONCLUSION The government should promote the development of primary health care institutions,strengthen the financial management to build performance evaluation,monitor mechanisms and push forward the cooperation of medical institutions to improve medical education.
