摘　　要：信息技术支持教师专业发展有从"课外"走向"课内",直接影响课堂实践的趋势。基于心理学干预发展认知原理,以"教学内容—技术手段—教研共同体"干预模型具象建构的信息化的智慧课堂实验室干预系统,能够实现对课堂教学直接的干预,收获高质的教学效果,通过干预、冲突、反思帮助教师提高教学理解,丰富教学体验,从而有效地促进教师实践性智慧的发展。IT-supported professional development of teachers has the trend of influencing classroom practice directly from outsideclassroom to inside-classroom. Based on the theory of development and recognition intervention,the informationalized intervention system of wisdom classroom laboratory,which is based on the intervention model of ＂ teaching content-technological means-research community＂,can intervene classroom teaching directly so as to get high quality teaching effect. This system can help teachers improve teaching interpretation and enrich teaching experience through intervention,conflicts and reflections,so as to promote teachers＇ development of their practical wisdom.
