美国教育智库运行机制研究——以美国教育科学研究院为例

摘　　要：教育智库以教育政策研究为主,已成为影响教育决策的一个重要力量。美国教育科学研究院是美国教育智库的典型代表,其历史缘起、机构设置及科研活动均显示出无可比拟的优越性,为美国教育质量的提高和教育公平的改善发挥了重要作用。通过对美国教育科学院运行机制的分析,可总结出其拓展资金渠道、承担政府课题、建立教育数据库三个方面的有益经验,为我国教育智库的进一步改进提供借鉴。Educational think tanks are aim to make research for educational policy ,which have affected educational decision-making a lot. Institute of Education Sciences（IES）is a typical educational think tank in America. Its developing process, organizational setting and research activities are so outstanding that it plays an important role in improving educational quality and equality in America. By analyzing the operating mech- anism,this paper tries to get the experience about IES＇s success, including expanding channels to obtain cap- ital,participating governmental research projects,and building data base,which will help further improve China＇s educational think tanks better.
