摘　　要：临床见习是医学生接触临床工作的最初阶段,这一阶段学生和患者直接接触,对专业技能、临床思维及医德医风培养和建立有重要意义。在临床见习阶段开始PBL教学显示与传统的医学教育模式相比有着无与伦比的优越性。The clinical training medical is the initial stage for which students exposuring to clinical work. In this stage, students and direct contact with patients training and the establishment of important professional skill, clinical thinking and medical ethics. Compared with the traditional medical education model, PBL（Problem-Based Learning, PBL）teaching has unique advantages in the clinic training phase.
